Here you will find our Membership Application. You will see that it is in two pages and designed so the sponsors section is on a separate page. Please print and fill out the first page and have two Club Member sponsors fill out the second page and send it to our Membership Chairman/ Secretary, Linda Bittner at 5745 Bass Mountain Road, Snow Camp, NC 27349

The application will explain the dues schedule that can be paid by check made out to JCCoC or payment can be made through the website link on this page or the Home Page. Click the "Pay Dues" button and you will be directed to the secure PayPal website to file out the necessary information for payment. Please note that you will need to enter the correct amount for the type membership you are applying for.
